
The annual Photo Fair is taking place this weekend at BITEC. It runs from now until Sunday 19th February 2012. It opens at 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. There is easy access from BTS Bang Na. At the fair you will see all the latest innovations in cameras and accessories from leading brands. There will be a body painting show daily at 3 p.m. and a demonstration of aerial photography using a remote-controlled model plane at 4:30 p.m. More information at

I was hoping to find a small tripod, called the UltraPod ll, or other Hama (German) products, but could not find any at the Fair.
In fact, I found the UltraPod ll at “The NINE” on PraRam Kow instead (not far from the junction to Seacon Square. (The Ultrapod 1 is too short to be useful IMHO.)
Haven’t been for a few years but nice to be reminded. What’s that going on in the bottom photo? That must be some kind of photo or screen rather then a window?
