Parade of 8 deities in Ratchaprasong on New Year’s Eve

There will be a parade of 8 deities along Ratchadamri Road on Saturday 31st December from 9.00am – 11.50am. The parade starts at the northern end of Lumpini Park and finishes at CentralWorld. The parade is expected to take about 150 minutes and there will be three stops along the way.

1. Opposite Regent Building
2. Opposite Anantara Hotel
3. Opposite Grand Hyatt Erawan

The following is the schedule:

6:00am The 8 deities will be invited to leave CentralWorld and taken to Lumpini Park.
9:09am The parade leaves Lumpini Park
11:50am The parade arrives at CentralWorld

The public can pay homage to the eight deities from 28 December to 2nd January at CentralWorld Zone C from 10am to 9pm. On the first day of the new year, there will be a chance to offer food to monks on the morning at 7am.
