Mrs. Usanee Sangsingkeo, Acting President, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), presided over the launch of THAI special assistance services for monks and disabled passengers that took place at THAI’s Head Office. THAI, as the national carrier, is dedicated to continually develop the service ring in all classes of service, in an effort to improve its products and services for maximum passenger comfort. Monks and passengers travelling with wheelchairs will receive special assistance services from the beginning of their journey to their final destination, such as at reservation and ticketing counters, special check-in counter, priority boarding lane, as well as ground and inflight assistance.
